Here's how it works
VHA and our airtime partner Eureka! work hand-in-hand to bring you the best prepaid experience in the industry. If you are currently buying just your handsets or just your airtime from us, now is the time to combine your purchases to qualify as a VHAdvantage Partner. If you choose not to combine your purchases, you will continue to receive our standard benefit package. To help you get started, Select Retailers will be initially en- rolled as a Platinum Partner or higher. Authorized Retailers will be initially enrolled as Silver Partner or higher based on current volume. Over the next 10 months our team will work closely with you to help maintain or upgrade your partnership level so you can enjoy even greater rewards. On July 1, 2012 partnership levels will be re-assigned based on actual handset plus airtime purchases, and reviewed semi-annually thereafter.

How do I enroll?
Existing customers of both VHA and Eureka! can contact our customer service team via phone or e-mail. After completing a short questionnaire about your company preferences, we will automatically enroll you in the program and send a written confirmation explaining your partnership level and special benefits. If you are NEW to either VHA or Eureka! or both, you will also need to complete a standard account set-up form for approval.
